HOLD School Admin Jobs Means Working Behind The Firing Line.

Not everyone has the necessary talents and desire to be a school teacher, either at primary school level or at high school. Schools, more than any large organisation, need to be well organised. That means employing administrative staff who are capable of keeping the wheels running and that every aspect of management within the school system is being taken care of. That is the reason why many people who are drawn to the world of teaching choose to take on school admin jobs.

They usually have one of three motives (and sometimes all of them combined)

• To be in and around a school system so that they can get the feel for it before embarking on a teacher training course.
