Is the Ab Circle Pro Effective in Working Your Abs?

The Ab Circle Pro is a very popular and well known fitness product that's used for training your abs at home. You may have seen the infomercial of the product on TV or online.
The Ab Circle Pro is marketed as a machine that can help you lose inches and tone your abs in minutes a day.
The question is whether it's indeed effective or not. This is not such an easy question to answer as, I believe, it depends on what you believe effective to mean.
There is no doubt that you can get a workout with the Ab Circle Pro. It is a machine that does work your abs (and can also be used to train your lower body). This means that you can tone your abs by using this machine. However, you may view success as something more than just toning your abs.
