c. MUST NOT contain excessive and/or bolded keywords/ phrases in the Title;
d. Must not contain Tel, email, URL such communications information;
e. No ads, no spam, no adult, no violent, no illicit, no prescription medicine in the title;
f. We do not accept articles that do not deliver on the article title. You must deliver in the article body on the promises made in the article title.

Summary:
a. The summary is to give the reader a quick overview of your article. HTML tags are not allowed within the summary;
b. Must not contain Tel, email, URL such communications information;
c. MUST NOT contain excessive and/or bolded keywords/ phrases in the Summary;
d. No ads, no spam, no adult, no violent, no illicit, no prescription medicine in the Summary.

Content:
a. Your articles must be useful for the readers. No ads, no spam, no adult, no violent, no illicit;
b. You can post links in the article, the number of the link is limited, less than 4. Please don't add too much links. Notice: The same link just once, don't give several links which are the same URL;
c. You are not permitted to add email, Tel, URL such communications information in content. We will think your article has advertising suspects;
