Along with Awareness campaigner; Debbie Stevens, others have come on board the "Feel teal" campaign, all sharing their commitment, whilst sharing their own talents!
The crew from Ion’s Odyssey; Lance Toohey (lyricist/poet),his Artist-partner Michelle, decided this a worthy cause, with plans to promote on a wider scale once they set-sail aboard their sloop; Ion. The Ion's Odyssey project is already discussing ideas to interview/promote other musicians, worldwide, which is all part of their Global musical adventure.

Just as the growing amount of talent within the music industry flourishes, the crew of the "Feel teal" campaign decided this a perfect opportunity to build upon their own ideas, and have embraced the use of Youtube , creating their own videos, showing their support whilst sharing the ovarian cancer ‘awareness message’. See http://www.youtube.com/user/MsDStevens
An invitation went out to all other musicians/artists, of all genres, to join the awareness campaign, offering in return, free exposure!  Australian Pop/Rock Artist; Anthony Snape, was happy to participate, taking a moment out of his busy US tour to make his 'video-contribution', showing his support. This was followed by Comedian/Writer; Shelly Ryan and the staff from International Music Ezine; Flip Side To Music.
With the campaign extending its event, many more are expected to follow-suit, and Debbie encourages the public to spread the word!
"This is a wonderful cause, with great opportunities- It offers endless possibilities for those wishing to be involved whilst sharing our crucial message."

Donations for the ‘Feel Teal Campaign’ can be done so by following the prompts at http://www.goresearchfund.org.au

With most cases of ovarian cancer still not diagnosed until in its later stages, finding this test is absolutely crucial, as in Australia alone, the survival rate improves greatly 85-90 percent if the cancer is diagnosed at an early stage, before it has spread. Only 15-20 percent of ovarian cancer cases are diagnosed in the early stages.
Approximately 75 percent of ovarian cancer cases are diagnosed at an advanced stage after the cancer has spread beyond the ovaries. Ovarian cancer is the most fatal gynaecological malignancy.
In Australia, one woman dies every 10 hours from this disease.
