5 steps to change MSN password

MSN, an instant messaging tool, is a collection of internet services provided by Microsoft. In the late 1990s, Microsoft used the MSN brand name to promote numerous popular web-based services, such as most notably Hotmail and Messenger . In 2006, they have been reorganized under a new brand name, Windows Live.

MSN's Internet portal, MSN.com, still offers a wealth of content and is currently the 6th most visited domain name on the Internet. MSN supports online chats, video chats, phone to phone, phone to pc calls and conventional text chats with full support for emoticons, font formatting and more. But when we use msn, in order to protect our personal privacy, we have to change our MSN password. To change MSN password, read the steps as follows:

1. Enter into http://support.msn.com/

2. Click on the “change password” link on the left-hand side. This will transfer you into the MSN login page.

3. Log in with your current MSN account and current MSN password. Click sign in, you will ne taken to the page of change MSN password.

4. At this page, you have to enter your current MSN password again, then choose a new MSN password and re-enter your new MSN password for typo-verification and confirmation.
(Notice: MSN password should contain a minimum of 6 characters and no space. Don’t choose MSN password that can be easily indentified, like your name, birthday, phone number, parents’ name, etc.)

5. Click on the “save” button. You have finished the process of change MSN password.
