These troubled deep fried foods like this “rob” you ofnutritional value as say a baked potato. These foods have gone on a dark and dangerous path. The kinds of foods have high carbs and fatsthat do not deliver any good fiber, vitamins, or minerals that help build ahealthy body. Eat too much and you’llget a unwanted chin just like that they want you to.
The sweetened packaged foods “gang”
These terrorizers aresugar foods such as jelly beans, sweet and sour patches, lollipops, airheads,any form of sweet candy are part of this infamous gang. These food are high in calorie, but provideyou with little to no nutritional value. Your taste buds will be satisfied and ticked, but in the end it’ll turninto unwanted pounds that will drive you nuts later on.
Well, those are the criminal food groups that should be keptaway from or just eaten sparingly if you want to succeed in lose andmaintaining your weight at the office.
